Quinn Agnew is a client of CDG for over 15 years. We are delighted to have such a customer to work with that is creatively open-minded to generating not just a logo but a brand for their company. CDG are responsible for all corporate collateral, design works, signage, website and all digital marketing.

About The Client

Quinn Agnew was formed in January 1993 by Noel Quinn and Manus Agnew. The practice covers all aspects of property: dealing with agency, investment, rent reviews, general valuations, asset valuations and other property related work including Arbitration and Expert proceedings. The practice reflects the Partners’ view of the importance of a highly qualified independent experienced firm which can provide personal contact between principal/professional and client.

The Challenge

While established for some years Quinn Agnew needed to re-develop a new strength with their brand identity and deliver a more contemporary style. Consistency and clarity of what the brand offers is very important to keep focus on your target market. The challenge was to streamline all their print material signage and online material to a set of standards and insure everyone producing any marketing literature would have at hand a set of brand guidelines and structure to work with.

The Solution

A new brand along with consistent legible signage and a responsive web design was produced. We created a strapline and brand culture insuring all material was carefully coordinated for the audience. All photography, graphics design and web development were produced by CDG in house.
