For more than 30 years, the family run business has adapted itself to the latest changes and stayed current to its customers needs. Established in Galway, Chanelle holds over 1700 animal health licenses registered in the EU and 500 around the rest of the world.
Chanelle is a worldwide provider of both human and animal generic pharmaceuticals. An increasing number of consumers and media visibility meant Chanelle needed a new website that was new, modern, and would deliver a positive experience for users. CDG was challenged to take an existing website and refresh it with a clean user centred design that helped provide a new and fresh feel without changing the essence of what Chanelle is or stands for in life.
CDG chose to study the company’s history and target audience to deliver the best work possible while staying aligned to the company’s work. CDG made it simple for potential customers to understand the company’s mission when browsing the website. Research focused visuals allowed the new site to be more dynamic over all.
By studying the former website, CDG could change the look without altering the core content. Our main goal was to minimise any negative touch points within the company’s website. CDG started the wireframe, user flow research and prototypes with the goal of creating the best experience for the user. We kept the core content of the previous website, but offered it a new lease on life, creating a fresh and effortless browsing experience.
